I started drawing a little part of her hair where it is the darkest. I darkened that part with a 6B pencil.

I also began filling in the tones of her lips after drawing with a mechanical pencil the position of the lips and teeth.

Note that if the person doesn't wear any lipliner, there isn't an actual line that contains the lips. You can draw a border by applying more shadows there.
