Laura has some freckles on her cheeks and nose, so I started to draw them with a HB mechanical (0.5mm) pencil. They shouldn't be too dark, otherwise they look like birthmarks.

She also wears a nosering, but since it is so small and thin I couldn't draw any reflexions on it. Instead I concentrate on the surrounding area and the facial values.
