I began with drawing the outlines of my grandparents with a 2B pencil, deciding their position on the paper.

The outline consists of multiple soft stokes that indicate the contour. If needed, a hard, pressured outline cannot be easily corrected.

Since I had to put two pictures of the together, I had to pay attention that I got their proportions right.
