As for the teeth, I just drew the outlines.

A lot of people find teeth very hard to draw. You have to watch out that you don't draw the outlines too hard. Otherwise it may appear as if there are crevices between them. The position of the teeth is also very important, because it can be very characteristic for the person you're drawing.
