Using 3B and 5B pencils I refined the shadows and drew the hair of the brows and eyelashes.

If you're drawing a portrait it is important that you don't forget to draw the bright sparkles in the eyes. Any portrait will look much more “alive” with sparkles in the eyes.

If I hadn't drawn those sparkles it would have given the impression that he didn't have eyeballs but just two empty eye sockets.
